In this week we started with the SCAMPER method, which proved to be a great tool for generating ideas. We were a bit baffled at the beginning cause the problems and solutions we had proposed last week when working with mind maps did not seem promising or appealing enough to us. Though we were not sure which direction the team would follow, we just chose one out of the tons of solutions we had and worked on it, generating new solutions. By the end of the day, we finally had an idea which we were enthusiastic to work on. We are back on track, with new energy, a new impulse, and it helped us not to loose our motivation.
Besides that, we went to Durazno on Thursday, to attend the Bricks and Bits workshop at UTEC.
Talking to the kids and listening to the toy mods they asked for turned out to be a nourishing experience. We tried to tailor your requests to what we could do and it was very gratifying to see them happy later.
